Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced infrastructure administrator to manage our cloud environment.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tenancy, virtual cloud networks, compartments, network layers, and handling firewalls.
  • Responsibilities include OCI infra-administration, including installation, configuration, migrations, tuning, patching, administration, and monitoring.
  • Experience in writing and modifying Terraform scripts for application deployments on OCI and managing OCI infrastructure is essential.
  • The successful candidate should have expertise in performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
  • Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as needed to ensure high availability of infrastructure.
  • Applying OS patches and upgrades regularly and upgrading administrative tools and utilities is crucial.
  • Understanding of Network Security Groups, Bastion Hosts, and Public Load Balancer provisioning is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with provisioning storage, compute nodes, and networks, along with understanding requirements for the same, is vital.
  • Experience with IaaS solutions: virtual machines/networks, on-premise/hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity, security models, cloud monitoring, logging, and local/cloud storage is preferred.
  • Handling certificate renewals on OCI is also a requirement.
  • A strong understanding of HA architecture in an OCI environment is essential.
  • Migration experience and knowledge of migration tools is desired.
  • Performance management and cost optimization skills are a must.
  • Assisting in solution design and development is crucial.
