Technical SAP Project Manager

Overview

At Siemens Healthcare Private Limited, we're looking for a highly skilled Technical SAP Project Manager to support the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from initiation to transition to operations. As a key member of our project and integration team, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet desired business objectives. Your input and organizational talent will drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, initiating project mobilization by confirming project objectives, scope, estimates, resources, roles, and responsibilities for projects with medium complexity.
  • Lead SAP updates and upgrades, as well as other technical projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with business departments and IT to develop processes and functional concepts, driving implementation and improvement.
  • Identify and manage project risks, establishing relevant strategies to mitigate them.
  • Monitor and control project execution through analysis, design, build, test, and release, ensuring schedule and progress, scope, and objectives are met, and budget utilization is optimized.
  • Provide leadership and decision-making support by establishing project governance.
  • Prepare project reports, documenting overall program performance and project completion.
  • Oversee the Project Management Office, ensuring efficient project management processes.

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business informatics, business administration, or a similar area.
  • Certification in Project Management is preferred.
  • Experience in SAP project management activities, including experience in one or multiple SAP modules.
  • Excellent knowledge of project controlling terms and a strong understanding of Microsoft tool landscape, including MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Planner, Teams, and SharePoint online.
  • SAP ERP knowledge, including updates and upgrades, and knowledge about SAP Solution Manager.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Fluency in English, with German as an option.
