Senior IT Governance Leader Opportunity

We seek an experienced professional to drive IT initiatives for a Finance/NBFC organization.

  • Data Center Management:
    • Ensure scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
    • Lead planning, design, and implementation of enterprise data centers.
  • Testing Center of Excellence:
    • Establish and govern testing frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies.
    • Drive quality assurance across applications, infrastructure, and business systems.
  • Resiliency Operations Center (ROC):
    • Build and manage an advanced ROC for proactive monitoring and incident management.
    • Implement resiliency strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • IT Governance & Compliance:
    • Define IT policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with finance/NBFC regulations.
    • Oversee audits, risk management, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy.
    • Mentor and guide technology teams to deliver excellence in IT operations.
    Required Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong expertise in Data Center design and operations.
    • Proven experience in testing setup and execution.
    • Familiarity with ROC tools – Zoho Manage Engine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace.
    • Knowledge of resiliency frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
    • Strong governance, compliance, and regulatory understanding of the finance/NBFC sector.
    • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
