About This Role

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure that supports learning across thousands of schools and over 100,000 devices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading technology strategy and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a future-proof technology strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware devices, including procurement, configuration, maintenance, and replacement.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate, onboard, and manage hardware vendors, warehouse providers, and deployment partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Technical Innovation: Pilot and assess new classroom technologies to recommend adoption based on learning outcomes and total cost of ownership (TCO).
  • Internal IT Operations: Ensure seamless internal IT operations, including device provisioning, WiFi and VPN setup, secure access management, and productivity tooling.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor IT support teams, regional hardware leads, and warehouse operations to drive rapid issue resolution and strong service orientation.
  • Infrastructure Monitoring: Establish proactive health check systems to maintain uptime and reduce incidents.
