Senior Highway Engineer

Job Description

This role involves leading the design and execution of large-scale highway projects, requiring expertise in engineering techniques and experience in managing teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in designing highways and roads, including 5 years on international projects. They must also have worked in a lead position for at least 3 years and have hands-on expertise in using design software such as MX-Road, InRoads, OpenRoads, and Civil 3D.

The candidate should be fluent in applicable codes in US, UK, and Europe, including AASHTO, US FHWA, and TEM, and have a good understanding of highway/roadway designs. Knowledge of Quantm software is preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university is mandatory. A Master's degree in Highway or Transportation Engineering and professional license in an appropriate engineering discipline from a recognized licensing board will be preferred. Experience of traffic engineering works shall be an added advantage.
