We are seeking a talented Content Developer to join our team. As a key member of the content creation process, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content that sparks conversations and shapes electoral ecosystems.

 

  • Develop culturally relevant content for social media platforms aligned with the political narrative and campaign goals.
  • Drive social media assets independently, taking ownership of content creation, curation, and scheduling across platforms.
  • Ensure high-quality content by editing and refining as needed.
  • Collaborate to develop content effectively communicating political messages, ideologies, and campaign initiatives.
  • Foster engagement with audiences, understanding sentiments, and tailoring content to resonate with their perspectives.
  • Utilize multimedia elements to enhance visual appeal and impact.
  • Stay updated on political trends, news, and cultural nuances in India, incorporating insights into the content strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, using data to optimize strategies and enhance audience reach and engagement.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 2-6 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, and strategic communication.
  • Proficient in Tamil and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in content creation with a portfolio demonstrating engaging content capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and trends within the context of the political landscape.
  • Keen interest in Indian politics with an understanding of regional dynamics, ideologies, and current affairs.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas for content.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing scenarios and adjust content strategies accordingly.

 

Education Criteria

A Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field is preferred. Specialization or coursework in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or Political Communication would be advantageous. Proficiency in Tamil (Write, Speak, Read) and Hindi/English is essential.
