Job Title: Dental Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized billing professional to manage dental insurance claims effectively.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting claims accurately, posting payments, verifying insurance, and following up on outstanding balances efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit dental insurance claims correctly and within deadlines.
  • Post insurance and patient payments in practice management systems securely.
  • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Communicate with dental offices, insurance companies, and patients as needed professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and practice information rigorously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in dental billing and insurance claims is essential.
  • Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g. Dentrix, Open Dental) is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines is crucial.
  • Intermediate English skills (verbal and written) are required.
