Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a programming ecosystem to enable successful project deliverables
  • Implement statistical analysis plans, mock-shells, database set-up specifications
  • Validate or review programming packages including aCRFs, specifications, and datasets, Define.XML, and Reviewer's Guides for both SDTM and ADaM
  • Develop department programming standards to meet business needs and regulatory requirements, enabling efficient and seamless production of deliverables
  • Proactively address project uncertainties to minimize risk and escalate issues to appropriate persons
  • Contribute strategies for multi-tasking or efficient implementation to reduce execution time and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Develop innovative solutions to standardize, automate, and optimize efficiency and quality

Job Description:

The role of the Principal Statistical Programmer is to develop strategic partnerships with technology leaders to implement data-driven innovation. This involves implementing a programming strategy related to technologies, automation, processes, and standards to maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mathematics
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in developing and implementing statistical programming strategies
  • Expertise in programming languages such as SAS, R, and Python
  • Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and methodologies
