Job Description:

You will be responsible for creating illustrations that set the tone and identity of each project. Your art will bring entire animated worlds to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop original designs for characters, environment concepts, and props inspired by themes.
  • Translate narrative ideas into detailed concept art.
  • Create visual explorations and style guides to bring abstract ideas to life.
  • Pursue creativity while maintaining clarity in design.
  • Work closely with 3D artists and animators to ensure illustrations translate effectively into production-ready models and environments.
  • Iterate on feedback from the creative team.
  • Maintain consistency in design language across characters, environments, and visual motifs.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience.
  • Strong skills in character design and environment concept art.
  • Ability to adapt styles for various themes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A portfolio link is required.
  • Strong communication skills and openness to collaborative feedback.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience designing for 3D pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Blender/ZBrush/Maya.
  • Familiarity with cinematic storytelling and framing.
  • Comfort with stylized and semi-realistic design styles.
