Job Opportunity: Content Developer

We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Content Developer. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives across various formats.

  • Engage directly with beneficiaries, conduct interviews, and document experiences to create authentic stories.
  • Develop engaging content in clear, concise formats (articles, short write-ups, social media captions, case studies, etc.).
  • Support the creation of internal and external communication materials, including visual content like social media posts, presentations, or reports using Adobe Suite or similar tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Liberal Arts, Media Studies, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Candidates from Design, Fine Arts, or related disciplines with strong writing skills are also encouraged to apply.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interviewing and documentation abilities, comfortable talking to people and drawing out stories.
  • Ability to write across formats, from short social media copy to long-form articles.
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple stories and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with design tools is a significant plus.
