Audit Analytics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Audit Analytics Specialist to join our team. As an Audit Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for driving strategic benefits in the area of audit quality, efficiency and value creation by leveraging the latest technologies and leading practices specific to analytics, data visualization, AI/ML, and RPA.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with large data sets to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.
2. Develop and maintain effective data visualizations and dashboards to support audit teams in their decision-making processes.
3. Collaborate with internal business auditors, auditee teams, DWH IT teams and external vendors on an ongoing basis to extend support to existing and future automation projects.
4. Coordinate all stages of project development including system design, development, testing, training, roll out and post-implementation support.
5. Identify gaps in projects post GO LIVE and gather feedback from user groups for suggesting improvements as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant data analytics experience, EDW concepts, good understanding of data mining and programming languages such as Python, Oracle SQL.
2. Hands-on experience working with visualization tools Power BI, SAP BO.
3. Good understanding of software development life cycle. Prior experience in business requirement gathering, UAT etc.
4. Good academic record and certifications on data analytics/data science from a reputed university.
5. Background knowledge of financial sector at large required, additionally banking knowledge preferred.
6. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are a must to deal with various cross-functional teams and external vendors.
7. Engineering degree + MBA preferred.
