Job Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC professional to join our team as a GRC Process Control Specialist.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP GRC Process Controls and Access Controls, with experience in implementing and configuring these systems. They will be responsible for designing and implementing business process controls, conducting governance risk compliance sessions, and providing technical support to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business process controls, including automated, manual, and segregation of duty controls.
  • Conduct governance risk compliance sessions and workshops with business and functional teams.
  • Provide technical support for SAP GRC PC and AC, including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain business rules and master data setup for SAP GRC PC CCM.
  • Assess and remediate internal controls, issues, and remediation plans.
  • Perform assessments for control design, effectiveness, and self-assessment.
  • Create data sources and business rules, along with BRF+ logics, and map them to relevant controls.
  • Walk through controls to arrive at technical feasibility of GRC Process Controls.
  • Support SAP GRC AC 12.0 configuration, administration, and user provisioning.
  • Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control, including role management and compliance management.
  • Design and implement workflows, rule sets, and mitigation controls.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in SAP GRC Process Controls and Access Controls.
  • 2-3 end-to-end implementation projects in SAP GRC PC and AC.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori security and S4HANA is an added advantage.
