Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a skilled performance marketer to help drive growth and creativity across our paid campaigns. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Mixpanel. Your strong analytical skills and creative sensibility will enable you to push the boundaries of human storytelling in your ad creatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute meta and Google Ads strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
- End-to-end campaign management: strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Create engaging ad creatives, including script ideas, copy, and visuals.
- Provide weekly reports with clear KPIs (CAC, CTR, CPL, booking rate).
- Experience working with early-stage startups and lean budgets.
- Background in D2C, wellness, healthcare, or mobile apps.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Mixpanel.
- Creative sensibility, with an ability to push human storytelling ideas.
- Reliability and responsiveness are essential.
- A strong interest in mental health or wellness is a plus, as we seek someone who believes in our mission beyond just metrics.
- Contract, monthly retainer, or freelance arrangement.
- Remote or hybrid work environment.
