Visual Creative Lead

We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Lead to drive the development of our visual assets across multiple platforms.

This role will involve conceptualizing and designing visual content, including logos, brand identities, social media creatives, websites, packaging, and print collateral. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually appealing and engaging designs that communicate client stories and elevate brand identities.
  • Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and technology teams to align design with business positioning and campaign goals.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple platforms for diverse clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve designs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in visual design, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and client goals.
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to work on multiple projects under deadlines.
