Job Overview

As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. This involves overseeing stock receiving, managing inventory levels, and maintaining high standards within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product knowledge & Report Analysis: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our products, including shoes, accessories, color options, fabric types, and prices.\
  • Stock Receiving at Store: Prepare for stock deliveries, control stock organization in the stock room, and maintain high standards within timelines.\
  • Stock Room Organization: Optimize space within sections, manage stock room processes, and adhere to 100% basic standards.\
  • Stock Transfer: Ensure timely transfers between stores, provide feedback on transfer lists, and control reception of stock.\
  • Inventory: Plan inventory preparations with managers, check stock room tidiness, allocate manpower for inventory processes, and control inventory timelines and quality.\
  • Floor Operations: Support department managers to run floor operations smoothly, ensuring all floor processes are followed.\
  • Productivity Management: Assist store managers in managing store productivity.\
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards across all areas of store operations.\
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.\
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment among team members to achieve common goals.\
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with store managers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.\
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze problems and develop solutions to resolve issues efficiently.\
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate adaptability in response to changing circumstances and priorities.\
