Job Description">

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of construction projects. This involves coordinating with the planning engineer to procure materials that meet quality standards, maintaining accurate records, and conducting routine material testing.

Responsibilities">
  • Coordinate with planning engineer on quality aspects of materials
  • Maintain quality-oriented records during execution
  • Conduct routine material testing as per checklist/specification/contract agreement
  • Ensure proper work instructions are followed by execution engineers
  • Maintenance of approved samples/documents and data control
  • Co-coordinating billing engineer with respect to submission of test records for bills
  • Monitoring/rectifying quality defects in projects through execution team
  • Continues checking on workmanship with respect to line/level/plumb of structures
  • Attending review meetings with client/consultant whenever required
  • On-the-job training to workers and execution engineers to improve quality construction
  • Preparation and submission of reports specified in quality policy manual
