Job Opportunity for a Creative Script Writer

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Script Writer who can craft engaging, age-appropriate scripts for kids' animated videos.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative storylines for nursery rhymes, songs, short stories, and character-driven narratives that captivate children and parents alike.
  • Ensure clarity, emotional engagement, and age-appropriateness in every script.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to adapt scripts to storyboards and animation timelines.
  • Incorporate educational elements subtly while keeping the content entertaining.
  • Maintain consistent tone, character voices, and storytelling style across episodes.
  • Research trends in kids' media and bring fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Revise and improve scripts based on team feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience writing for kids' content (YouTube, TV, books, or animation).
  • Excellent storytelling skills with a knack for rhymes, repetition, and rhythm.
  • Strong understanding of child psychology and what engages kids aged 2–8.
  • Ability to write short, visually rich, and easily animatable scripts.
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with YouTube kids' content formats is beneficial.
Nice-to-Have Qualities:
  • Background in early childhood education or experience working with children.
  • Experience with song lyrics writing or adapting classic rhymes.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles for titles, descriptions, and keywords.
