About This Position:
We are seeking an experienced ITSM analyst to join our team. As an ITSM analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services, maintaining service quality, and driving continual service improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing IT service management activities within our organization.
- Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to design and implement effective IT service management processes aligned with business objectives.
- Providing expert advice on ITIL best practices and implementing them across our organization.
- Identifying potential risks and challenges associated with the transition process and developing mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong background in ITSM process roles in IT operations, managed services, or service delivery environments.
- Advanced understanding of ITIL and ITSM fundamentals, including ITIL 3 or ITIL 4 certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools, as well as continuous improvement methods and process automation.
