We are seeking a highly skilled individual to design and deliver structured developer sprints centered around AI. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q, with experience in MCP usage and Agentic Orchestration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain AI systems and tools for software development teams.
  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products.
  • Analyze and improve AI system performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level knowledge: GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q features, including Copilot Chat agents and Amazon Q's /dev command.
  • Copilot Enterprise and Amazon Q: Understanding of RAG and internal codebase reasoning.
  • LLM Fundamentals: Intermediate understanding of LLM fundamentals, AI ethics, and security practices.
  • DevRel: Passion for generative AI and developer enablement.
  • Cloud Certifications: AWS, Azure, and familiarity with DevOps practices.
  • Open-source Contributions: Active contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
  • Instructional Presence: Strong instructional presence, demonstrating patience, empathy, and adaptability when guiding teams.
