Accounts Payable Manager Role

Are you ready to take on a leadership position in Accounts Payable? This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a large team, drive process compliance, and engage stakeholders. As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining strong relationships with internal partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in Accounts Payable, guiding them in their tasks, reporting, and approval processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, and Cost Profitability Index.
  • Review daily team activities, including invoicing, audit requests, analysis, and other related tasks.
  • Manage multiple deadlines, communicate effectively, and adhere to timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Interact with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to address queries and concerns.
  • Support metrics reporting for relevant processes and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • MBA Finance, M.COM, CMA, or degree in accounting/finance with experience in managing a team.
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts, journal entries, and ERP systems like Oracle Fusion and D365.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira is preferred.
