Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned engineering manager to lead our cross-functional teams in the development of innovative blockchain solutions. As an engineering leader, you will be responsible for driving technical design decisions, partnering with stakeholders to create technical visions, and championing product thinking across the organization.

About the Role:

  • Drive technical design remodeling, and refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts and systems for robustness and scalability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, to create technical vision, detailed roadmap, and drive critical design discussions.
  • Lead technology & architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation & code reviews.
  • Build engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking.
  • Provide technical leadership with a focus on quality & security.
  • Robust documentation and knowledge management across the blockchain ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an engineering manager in a similar field.
  • Strong technical expertise in blockchain and distributed systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
