At our organization, we're seeking a seasoned Release Lifecycle Manager to oversee the end-to-end release process of our AI product.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will orchestrate the release journey from planning to deployment, ensuring seamless delivery of new features and models. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders and drive smooth releases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead CAB reviews and release readiness checks to minimize risks and ensure reliability.
  • Design and manage automation-first release pipelines using GKE, Cloud Build, Terraform, and Python.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud environment or configuration issues during releases.
  • Develop observability dashboards for real-time visibility into release health.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in release management, including CAB meetings and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong expertise in Google Cloud, including GKE, IAM, Networking, Storage, and Cloud Build.
  • Hands-on skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python automation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML product release cycles is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.
