Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio that showcases their passion for illustrative design and typography.

About the Role

  • The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing high-impact creatives for digital and print platforms, aligned with brand objectives.
  • This role requires collaboration with marketing, content, and channels teams to deliver visually consistent assets.
  • The successful candidate will present design concepts, justify creative choices, and adapt based on feedback.
  • Ensuring all visual materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards is crucial.
  • This role involves managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will:

  1. Design engaging graphics for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  2. Create print materials like brochures, flyers, and business cards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding consistency.
  4. Present design ideas and defend creative decisions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
  • Strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles.
  • Ability to design for various mediums including web, print, and social platforms.
  • Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print.
  • Experience in optimizing assets for performance and speed.
  • Knowledge of social platforms.

  • Working knowledge of CorelDRAW.
  • Experience in basic motion and UI design.
