Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Executive Marketing professional to join our team at Thangam Hospitals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns across various channels, supporting the creation of marketing materials, conducting market research, and analyzing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Create marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media content, website updates, and presentations.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and patient needs.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, workshops, and health camps.
  • Manage and update hospital social media platforms with engaging and informative content.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating hospital website content.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reports.
  • Assist in managing patient feedback and addressing inquiries through marketing channels.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities and materials.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices in the healthcare industry.
  • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
