We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the electric vehicle market. This role plays a critical part in developing high-performance e-powertrain systems.

Sales Account Manager

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, negotiation, and communication. They should be able to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new business opportunities within the electric 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, and 4-wheeler (e-LCV) segments.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand product specifications and present value propositions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years in sales/account management, preferably in automotive or electrification sectors.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales of complex systems.
  • Strong understanding of motors and motor controllers in electric vehicles.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Indian electric vehicle market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
