Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Visual Designer to establish and evolve the visual language for our company across all touchpoints.

This role combines creativity, strategy, and technical expertise to shape how the world experiences our brand.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive visual language system across all mediums - digital, UI, video, print, and emerging platforms.
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including pitch decks, website pages, product demos, case studies, and sales enablement content.
  • Own the creative direction for brand and thought leadership videos.

This position requires a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems, as well as expertise in typography, color theory, and composition.

Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in visual design and leadership
  • Expertise in UI/UX principles and design systems
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
  • Bonus points for experience with emerging design technologies and an understanding of how AI can help a brand level up
