About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our stakeholders by ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of requests through various systems.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in contract audit processes and be proficient in MS Excel and software tools like Oracle and CRM.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with dynamic business requirements and trends. They will be able to provide solutions to day-to-day requests/audit cases, understand pricing hierarchies, and coordinate with sales reps/service teams and internal teams for price change requests.

The associate will also be responsible for validating price change requests as per contract documents, updating new pricing into systems, processing various price change email requests, assessing client-level details/client pricing requests, and executing them into systems as per standard price change/increase processes.

Additional responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis of pricing data to identify eligible clients due for annual price increases, processing various reports regarding price changes/modifications, and ensuring prompt email turnaround is maintained through Outlook inboxes/Siebel systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, be a team player, and act with a sense of urgency while working cross-functionally across different teams.

Key Requirements:
