Job Title: Director of Artificial Intelligence Engineering

As a highly accomplished leader in machine learning engineering, you will drive innovation and excellence in the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing high-performing teams and delivering large-scale AI projects. They will be an expert in ML frameworks and tools, with a strong understanding of MLOps platforms and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models for diverse use cases.
  • Drive innovation by experimenting with emerging AI algorithms and frameworks.
  • Optimize models for scalability, performance, and real-time deployment.
  • Build and manage end-to-end AI pipelines.
  • Implement AI best practices.
  • Ensure robustness and scalability of deployed models.
  • Lead a high-performing AI team from scratch.
  • Act as a mentor and guide team members on technical challenges.
  • Take proactive ownership of projects and identify opportunities to create value through AI-driven solutions.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in AI/ML with a strong track record of successful model deployments.
  • Preferred experience in RegTech/Fintech or an interest in applying AI in Fintech solutions.
  • 2+ years of team management or mentorship experience.
  • Expertise in AI frameworks and tools.
  • Strong understanding of MLOps platforms and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with big data tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance systems is a plus.
