Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our QA efforts in ensuring the quality and reliability of mobile applications and Progressive Web Apps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage testing requirements with internal business partners, ensure all are understood, documented, implemented, executed, and meet expectations.
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for App and Web platforms using tools such as Appium, Selenium, Playwright, and Python.
  • Drive performance and load testing strategies for App and PWA to assess scalability, responsiveness, and user experience under real-world conditions.
  • Plan and execute QA tasks for App (Native + Hybrid) and PWA platforms.
  • Create detailed and effective test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Establish and track key QA metrics such as defect rates, test coverage, automation ROI, and regression duration.
  • Implement security testing protocols to identify vulnerabilities and protect sensitive user and financial data.

We seek a candidate with hands-on experience in App Automation (Android & iOS) and Web automation using Appium, Selenium, Playwright, and solid expertise in performance and load testing for App and PWA platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of functional, API, performance, and security testing.
  • Experience managing quality for e-commerce or high-scale mobile-first platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and QA best practices.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent with 6+ years of experience in a quality assurance environment with automation framework.
