Job Description
We are seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join our team. As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our procurement products. You'll lead design efforts for framework-level components and systems, collaborating across disciplines to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in user experience / product design / interaction design design preferably with B2B and/or large-scale rich internet applications and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and specifications to communicate design concepts clearly.
- Lead and participate in collaborative design sessions with product management, engineering, and fellow designers.
- Work on framework-level design, including design systems, reusable components, and scalable UX patterns.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to build, refine, and understand the technical challenges of implementing design systems.
- Contribute to the documentation and internal evangelism of design components across various application teams.
- Conduct and analyze usability testing-not just for verification, but to inform and evolve design decisions.
- Engage with users and stakeholders to validate design solutions and gather feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design / Product Design / User Experience Design or related fields.
- Excellent understanding of fundamental design principles and human interaction principles.
- Strong understanding of design systems, component design, and framework-level UX.
- Experience collaborating with product owners and developers to co-create solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Lean UX methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
