Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager for High Net Worth Customers

Job Purpose: We are seeking a skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high net worth customers, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new high net worth customers to join our Preferred programme.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance their overall banking experience and increase their wallet share.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated financial solutions to customers.
Ensure quality customer service is delivered, responding to customer queries and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree

Certifications:

  • AMFI Certification
  • IRDA Certification
  • NCFM Certification (Optional)

Key Skills:

  • Sales and Influencing Skills
  • Banking Product & Process Knowledge
  • NRI Product and Regulatory Knowledge
  • Planning and Organizing Skills
  • Good Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum experience in years – 4 to 10 years
  • Exposure to banking preferable
