AI Engineering Position

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team. This is a foundational role in shaping our AI infrastructure and enabling scalable, secure, and innovative services.

This position involves designing, building, and deploying real-world AI solutions. You will work on end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion and preparation to model training, deployment, and monitoring. Additionally, you will manage and optimize secure AI experimentation environments and translate proofs-of-concept into working prototypes and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement machine learning models using various approaches, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and General Machine Learning Models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and data security are embedded in all AI development and deployment activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and apply them to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or MLOps, with a strong hands-on delivery record.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms, such as AWS or GCP, and ML frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or research publications in AI are highly valued.
