Job Title: Virtual Mockup Specialist

 

The role of a Prepress Designer is to create digital proofs for our customers and prepare production files for decoration. This position involves collaboration with various departments, hence strong communication and problem-solving skills are beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Editing customer-provided artwork to match company templates
  • Communicating with clients for proof approval and handling edit requests
  • Creating templates for new products and preparing production files
  • Troubleshooting design-related issues that impact production
  • Vectorizing art when the provided artwork is raster-based
  • Basic photography skills
  • Multitasking between different orders and specialty projects

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Graphic Design with an emphasis on production design
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge or experience in the Promotional Products industry (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge or experience with Imprinting and/or Engraving (preferred but not required)
