Workday Absence Consultant Role

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Absence Management professional to join our team. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in the implementation, configuration, and support of Workday Absence solutions for our partners.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to plan, organize, and govern the setup of absence management processes.
  • Conduct workshops to identify, analyze, and specify absence management requirements, ensuring seamless integration with business needs.
  • Draft functional specifications and configure the Workday Absence Management module, driving successful deployments.
  • Monitor progress and follow up on configurations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and execute testing scenarios to validate absence management solutions, guaranteeing quality and reliability.
  • Provide critical support during deployment and offer user assistance throughout the transition to Workday Absence.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to users and contribute to change management initiatives, fostering a smooth adoption process.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations and processes, ensuring easy access to essential information.
Your Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge base.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Absence Management projects, including implementation, support, or migration, showcasing your hands-on skills and accomplishments.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Absence module, highlighting your technical proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in absence management, leave policies, and compliance, ensuring your ability to navigate complex regulations.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday, confirming your technical acumen and adaptability.
  • Workday Absence Management certification is highly valued, but not required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to thrive in diverse and dynamic environments, prioritizing flexibility and adaptability.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages considered a significant asset.
