About the Position

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a financial analyst. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing daily accounting activities, creating and sending invoices, managing payroll, and preparing financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Accounting Activities: Perform tasks such as accounts payable management, accounts receivable management, and cash flow analysis.
  • Invoicing and Billing: Create and send accurate invoices to clients within scheduled timeframes.
  • Payroll Management: Process client payroll, including tax payments and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Compile and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Report Creation and Management: Develop and manage reports, budgets, and cash-flow models to support business decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare sales and payroll tax returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Candidate Relationships: Foster strong relationships with US-based project leads and ensure timely delivery of reports to clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Drive quality project deliverables and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; Master's degree in accounting preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines and provide high-quality reports.
  • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and other US accounting systems.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possesses problem-solving and innovation skills to address technical challenges.
