Strategic Fraud Risk Management Professional

Job Overview:
- This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end actioning of regulatory reporting, including FMR, CPFIR, NPCI, VISA, MASTER Card, and Cyber Incident Reporting.
- The successful candidate will ensure adherence to regulatory reporting timelines, fraud data analysis, and RBI's Fraud Reporting Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of fraud risk, assisting businesses in implementing best-in-class tools and processes to minimize fraud losses while maintaining customer charter goals and objectives.
- Ensure the Fraud Risk Management framework is effectively embedded and communicated across the Retail Customers segment, developing a proactive, independent, balanced, and fraud-aware culture within the organization.
Process Improvement:
- Drive standardization, automation, and consolidation through re-engineering and process improvement initiatives for the country's Fraud Risk Management Review investigation details and guide the GBS FRSCG team to ensure holistic coverage of the incident case under investigation.
- Promote an active training and learning environment to facilitate excellence in risk management, risk awareness, behaviors, and accountability.
