We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM professional to join our team. As a Functional Expert, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide expertise in Absence and OTL modules, including Fast Formulas and other related areas.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and map them with the delivered features of the product.
  • Identify gaps and propose potential workarounds to clients.
  • Estimate work for Vanilla implementation, Personalizations/work-arounds, Reports/integrations/enhancements, and Client presentations/Demos.
  • Understand client support needs and develop delivery models that suit the client.
  • Create proposals and responses to RFPs with overall solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with new releases and features to update clients on newer solutions and estimations.

You will also be responsible for owning delivery and customer relationships for managed projects, mentoring and guiding project teams, quality tracking, team feedback, status reporting to internal stakeholders and clients, and coordinating with Oracle SMEs as needed.

In addition, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
  • Exhibiting effective analytical skills and organizational skills.
  • Holding a good command over spoken and written English.
  • Effectively managing scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
  • Following through on all assignments and taking ownership of customer issues.
