Treasury Operations Specialist

This role plays a vital part in establishing efficient settlement processes on various treasury platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to assess the impact of base maintenance on deal booking processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of base maintenance effects on deal booking processes.
- Analyze data using industry-standard tools to drive informed decision-making and propose solutions to complex issues.
- Collaborate in project implementation, including new product introductions, service enhancements, and platform upgrades.
- Monitor and resolve errors promptly to minimize financial risk.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
- Evaluate risks associated with business decisions, considering company reputation and client/asset protection.
- 2-5 years of experience in treasury products and regulatory policies.
- Demonstrated understanding of treasury products and regulatory policies.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in treasury operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
