Lead Data Architect for AI Platform

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Architect to spearhead the development of our AI platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing large-scale data systems, as well as experience with machine learning (ML) platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable data architectures that integrate with various technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Trino, Iceberg, and Airflow.
  • Develop and maintain production-grade RESTful APIs for seamless integration across distributed systems and AI-powered applications.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in shaping data architecture, distributed systems, or ML platform engineering.
  • Expertise in designing on-premises or hybrid data systems leveraging various technologies.
  • A deep understanding of LLM architecture, embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Haystack, Hugging Face Transformers).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering strategies.
  • Familiarity with open-source projects like LangGraph, AutoGPT, CrewAI, and ReAct-based agent architectures.
  • Strong communication skills and a history of delivering complex systems in fast-paced environments.
