Senior Firmware Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Firmware Engineer to contribute towards design, development, and enhancement of next-generation products. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing various components on AOSP framework, Android Middleware, and Application layers.

  • Designing and implementing various components on AOSP framework, Android Middleware, and Application layers is a key responsibility of this role. We also require the ability to customize in AOSP framework, Android Middleware, and Application layers with a good system-level understanding.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge in building projects using Agile/SCRUM methodologies, and experience in Android Application and AOSP, Java, C++ (Advanced).

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills. The selected candidate must also possess problem-solving skills and operate autonomously with minimum direction.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

  • A minimum bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in Computer Science and Engineering)
  • Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience in embedded domain (with Android and Linux expertise)
  • Experience in multithreading, IPC, socket programming
  • Strong problem-solving skills
