As a seasoned Architect, you will leverage 14+ years of experience in industrial projects and 4+ years in Data Centre to drive success in the domains of advanced manufacturing of Chemicals, fine chemicals, specialty chemicals, new energy businesses like EV, PV, and associate industrial projects, automotive industries, pharmaceutical plants, FMCG projects, and Data Centre projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent domain knowledge of Master planning, preparation of concept layouts, working drawings, and good for construction drawings, Pre-Engineered Building works. Awareness of 3D platforms like Revit 3D, Sketchup, Lumion, Twinmotion is essential.

Key qualifications include:

  • B.Arch. Degree from recognized university
  • Registered with COA

Core strengths technical skills include:

  • Master plan and layout preparation at plot plan level
  • Architectural designs and ability to work on schematic/statutory/working drawings and 2D/3D, Presentation, along with architectural BOQ & specifications
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations, LEEDs certifications requirements, hygiene, and sustainability related design concepts/requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Facade & Fenestration, Interiors, Sanitation, and plumbing conceptualization to detail engineering including options for look and feel, walkthroughs, presentations etc.
  • Conceptualization, preparation of various options meeting the Uptime Institutes Tier standard
  • Preparation of Design Basis Report & Room Book
  • Planning/guiding a team of Revit modelers in developing BIM model meeting LOD 100 to 400 requirements during various phases of the projects
  • Reviewing the model/ensuring quality control on the model/guiding the modelers in extracting layouts from the 3D model like Architectural Plans, elevations, sections, plumbing drawings
  • Preparation of site works tender including specifications and bill of material
  • Preparation of cost estimation for architectural part of the project
  • Procurement assistance like providing technical clarifications, participating prebid/post bid meeting/technical bid analysis/preparation or order specification
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Architecture degree from a recognized university
  • Registration with Council of Architects (COA)
Technical Skills
  • Master plan and layout preparation at plot plan level
  • Architectural designs and ability to work on schematic, statutory, working drawings and 2D/3D presentations, along with architectural BOQ and specifications
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations, LEED certification requirements, hygiene and sustainability-related design concepts/requirements

Design Focus

The role requires expertise in facade and fenestration, interiors, sanitation, and plumbing conceptualization to detail engineering, including options for look and feel, walkthroughs, and presentations.

Additionally, the candidate must have experience in conceptualization, preparation of various options meeting Uptime Institutes Tier standards, and preparation of design basis reports and room books.

They should also have the ability to guide a team of Revit modelers in developing BIM models meeting LOD 100 to 400 requirements during various project phases.

Finally, the candidate should have expertise in reviewing models, ensuring quality control, and guiding modelers in extracting layouts from 3D models.
