Job Title: Visual Creative Strategist

Create engaging visual content for various platforms, including social media assets, infographics, videos, and template-based designs.

Develop brand collaterals such as pitch decks, case studies, emailers, web pages, newsletters, and other marketing materials aligned with the brand identity.

  • Maintain a visually appealing company website using CMS platforms like WordPress, ensuring content and design accuracy.

Meet internal design requests from different teams while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

Manage feedback from multiple stakeholders efficiently.

Collaborate on creating visual branding and display material for industry forums and events.

  • Work with marketing/design agencies to ensure brand consistency across digital campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design.

Required Expertise:

  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.

Necessary Skills:

  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and responsive design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with animation/motion graphics and UX/UI principles or web design is desirable.
