About Our Data Expertise

We are seeking a highly experienced data professional with deep expertise in Oracle and modern microservices-based architecture to support application decoupling and cloud-native service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a comprehensive assessment of existing monolithic data models and designing scalable, domain-aligned target-state data models to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document existing relational data models, focusing on Oracle-based systems and legacy applications.
  • Identify dependencies, shared schemas, and tightly coupled data entities across business domains.
  • Define target-state logical and physical data models aligned with microservices and bounded context principles.
  • Design data partitioning, ownership boundaries, and communication patterns between microservices.
  • Collaborate with application architects, integration teams, and domain owners to align data models with service boundaries.
  • Provide guidance on data migration, transformation, and reconciliation strategies during the separation process.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, normalization, and performance in target-state models.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture and enterprise data modeling.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle (PL/SQL, schema design, performance tuning).
  • 3+ years of experience designing data models for microservices or distributed architectures.
