About the Role

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML engineer with expertise in developing innovative, agent-driven solutions for the healthcare and life sciences domain. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement agent-driven AI workflows for clinical source verification, discrepancy detection, and intelligent query generation.
  • Develop and integrate large language model (LLM)-powered agents using AWS Bedrock and open-source frameworks.
  • Create event-driven data pipelines leveraging AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
  • Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent communication techniques to enhance workflow performance.
  • Integrate AI agents securely with external systems via APIs.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design PHI/PII-safe ingestion pipelines, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor, test, and fine-tune AI workflows for accuracy, latency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and domain experts to deliver regulatory-compliant healthcare/Life Sciences AI solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with proven hands-on expertise in LLM/agentic AI development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services: Bedrock, SageMaker, Textract, Comprehend Medical.
  • Proficiency in API integration and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience in healthcare/life sciences AI solutions with an understanding of regulatory and compliance standards preferred.
Skills:
  • Expertise in agentic AI workflows.
  • Experience with LLM-powered applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services.
