Seeking a talented Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team.

  • Must possess 4+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure support and have hands-on knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform services.

We are looking for someone with expertise in:

  • Containerized environments (EKS/AKS/GKE)
  • Networking principles and protocols (IP subnetting, routing, firewall rules, Virtual Private Cloud)
  • Load Balancer, Cloud DNS, Cloud CDN
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, Route 53/DNS, Clustering (EKS and ECS), Log Management and IAM)
  • Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting of Azure Compute Instances, Azure Storage, Azure Backup, VNet, Subnets, NSG/ASG, IAM, Azure RBAC, SSL, Traffic Manager, Azure DNS and Load balancers
  • Strong notions of security best practices (using IAM Policies & Roles, SSL, KMS, etc.)
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet/Chef)
  • Unix/Linux, Windows basic administration
  • Hands on Knowledge on Service Now, Incident Management, Change Management and other ITIL processes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Able to communicate IT concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Practical problem solving and troubleshooting skills

This role involves translating application requirements into cloud architecture/infrastructure, deploying, managing, and operating scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant architectures. The ability to select the appropriate services based on compute, data, or security requirements is essential.

We require someone who can migrate on-premises workload to cloud service providers, has knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation, JSON, YAML or Terraform, and able to troubleshoot distributed systems.

This position offers the opportunity to deliver and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices and monitor and audit systems. Defining and documenting best practices and strategies regarding infrastructure maintenance is also an important aspect of this role.

Key qualifications include:

  • Provisioning and Configuration of cloud resources in multi-cloud environment
  • Proficiency in one of the cloud environment mentioned above (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Intermediate knowledge on other two platforms desirable
