Job Title: Lead Visual Designer

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced Visual Designer who can define the design language of our brand and lead high-impact campaigns.

  1. Define and execute the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  2. Lead a team of creatives to deliver world-class campaigns.
  3. Design social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral that drive results.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns.
  5. Streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency.
  6. Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  7. Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire creative ideas.
  8. Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Visual Designer to join our team. If you have experience in branding, typography, and layout principles, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of relevant creative experience in a brand or agency ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in all relevant software & tools.
  • Knowledge of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Bonus: basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
