Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infra Systems Expert to provide end-to-end administration and operational expertise in Cloud-Native Infrastructure Services (CNIS) platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and operate CNIS platforms, including Kubernetes, container runtimes, and underlying cloud infrastructure components.
  • Manage the lifecycle of Cloud Container Distribution (CCD), including provisioning, upgrades, backup/restore, and general lifecycle management.
  • Perform regular health checks, configuration drift analysis, capacity tracking, and environment validation across all clusters.
  • Collaborate with application and platform teams to onboard workloads onto CCD and provide dedicated support.
  • Monitor system performance and availability using industry-standard tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and other relevant monitoring solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational policies across the infrastructure.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution, and conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents.
  • Maintain detailed documentation to ensure comprehensive operational readiness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience supporting business-critical operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux administration, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and debugging skills to efficiently resolve issues.
  • Understanding of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and its integration with container networking layers.
  • Proficiency in switch management, network architecture, and storage administration.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Kubernetes certifications (CKA / CKAD / CKS)
  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA/RHCE)
  • Networking certifications (Juniper/Extreme/SDN)
