This role is based in Kuwait and requires strong analytical skills to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer data from various sources and preparing critical insight reports related to campaigns and customer lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data from multiple channels and prepare insightful reports on campaign performance and customer lifecycle activities.
  • Develop reports requested by customers and teams using reporting tools, conducting analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth for both postpaid and prepaid segments.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance customer experience and develop campaign strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in telecommunications or a related field with expertise in the customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains, and knowledge of Arabic would be beneficial but not required.
