Job Description:

The Marketing and Communications Director will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and building and maintaining websites to strengthen brand presence.

This role involves crafting compelling content, planning and managing events and campaigns, and maintaining strong vendor and partner relations.

The candidate will oversee market research, analyze marketing performance, and ensure consistent and effective communication across teams while managing budgets and driving impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet company goals.
  • Create and manage marketing materials to ensure consistent branding.
  • Oversight of social media, public relations, and audience engagement efforts.
  • Design and maintain websites for optimal functionality and branding.
  • Planning and management of events, launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to improve strategies and stay competitive.
  • Analyze marketing performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Management of budgets and collaboration with vendors for quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrate robust verbal and written communication for seamless collaboration.
  • Identification of risks and proposal of solutions to improve marketing impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in designing and managing websites.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and provide insights.
  • Experience in planning and managing events and campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in working with vendors and external partners.
  • Team player with good coordination and leadership skills.

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
