Visual Design Lead

Harisco seeks a skilled Visual Design Lead to oversee our design process and deliver high-quality visual content across various touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling design concepts that align with the company's vision.
  • Create visual assets for campaigns, social media, websites, packaging, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality throughout all outputs.
  • Guide junior designers and ensure creative standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a design or creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, problem-solving, and versatility across mediums.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
